Email Signature - Mac Users

We're happy to announce that we've launched our new AVANCE signature look.

Follow the steps below to add yours!  Please select the appropriate color depending on which program you belong to!

 

 

Step 1: Locate and Copy (Ctrl + C) your signature template from the attachment below.  


Step 2: Open your Outlook app on your laptop.


Step 3: Once the app is opened, click the “Outlook” button from the left upper corner, then click “Preferences”

 

Step 4: Click on “Signatures”

 

Step 5: On the new window opened, press the “+” button
 

Step 6: Paste (Ctrl +V) the signature template and edit the information with your own. Then give a name to your signature. To save, you can either click the “save” button or close the window and save changes. (If you click the save button, you can close the window after.)

Step 7: After closing the last window, you will be redirected to a previous one. Change both default settings from “None” and choose the name of your AVANCE email signature. Then close the window, and you’re done! Yay!

 

 

NOTE: The social media icons already include hyperlinks to their respective websites.
